When you open cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit and wait then exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit interruption is the final reason of the code. |
09853 Possible Causes:
09853 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09853 Code
- Inspect all the connections potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
