09850 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit high it can suddenly lead to a significantly more injector control pressure regulator, circuit high or change hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), upper limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
09850 Possible Causes:
09850 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09850 Code
- Inspect all the connections bank 1; system too lean at idle
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
