09844 Possible Causes:
09844 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09844 Code
- Inspect all the connections cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
