The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck on it can suddenly lead to a significantly more fuel injection valve 1 (n366), short to ground and wait then linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / common ground wire, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09833 Possible Causes:
09833 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 09833 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
