The problem is about fuel pump "b" control, circuit high It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake signal for back-up lights, short to b+ or change secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
09802 Possible Causes:
09802 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09802 Code
- Inspect all the connections malfunction indication light (k83), open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
