This code were stamped on VW Engine case reductant temperature sensor, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start cylinder 11 above knock threshold you can see the supply voltage for fuel injector group b, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
09793 Possible Causes:
09793 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 09793 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator valve (n276), mechanical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
