When you open control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), range / performance and exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), voltage supply outside permissible range will delay your vw fault. |
09791 Possible Causes:
09791 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09791 Code
- Inspect all the connections low pressure fuel system sensor (g410), circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
