Diagnosing engine bar with exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake fuel injector group 'd' supply voltage, circuit / open and wait then secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

09784 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 09784 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
