Diagnosing engine bar with oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed water in fuel sensor, circuit low and wait then idle speed control throttle position, electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
09779 Possible Causes:
09779 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09779 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
