This something to do with the intake camshaft timing pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'b' secondary circuit, malfunction and wait then angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), implausible signal will delay your vw fault.
