The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault torque management request input signal b, range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), range / performance also shift lock, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09767 Possible Causes:
09767 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 09767 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
