09733 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault torque management feedback signal "a" retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal high or change control of valves pump / nozzle, mechanical errors is the final reason of the code. |
09733 Possible Causes:
09733 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 09733 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
