Staring in engine exhaust gas recirculation cooling valve control, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor ignition coil 'j' primary control, short to plus also oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09724 Possible Causes:
09724 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09724 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine speed input, circuit error message from engine contr.
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
