The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+ causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system control module defective and a/c request b, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
09701 Possible Causes:
09701 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 09701 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant fan control module 2, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
