The problem is about air leak between throttle body and intake valves retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit low . So for next transmission mount valve 2 (n263), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09701 Possible Causes:
09701 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction

- Inspect all the connections air leak between maf and throttle body
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
