Staring in engine reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / pump current, short to b+ . On the other hand oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |
097 Possible Causes:
097 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 097 Code
- Inspect all the connections starter interlock, circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
