The problem is about ignition coil 'e' primary control, short to plus to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so system too lean at higher load, bank 2 or hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), lower limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |

09689 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
