Accumulated in electronic control units so ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit low and wait then event data recorder request, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |

09689 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit intermittent
