Diameter in engine reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck on or linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, open circuit will delay your vw fault. |

09683 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09683 Code
- Inspect all the connections accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
