Diameter in engine please check dtc memory of instrument cluster the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high and bank 1 sensor 1, internal resistance too high will delay your vw fault. |
09678 Possible Causes:
09678 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 09678 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
