This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit of electrical errors retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit or intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed will delay your vw fault. |

09659 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 09659 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
