This something to do with the intake camshaft timing torque management request input signal a, low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage you can see the altitude adaptation, signal out of tolerance is the final reason of the code. |

09650 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 09650 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
