This something to do with the intake camshaft timing nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed relays for electrical fuel pump 2 (j49), interruption/short-circuit after mass or please check dtc memory of transmission ecu is the final reason of the code. |
09638 Possible Causes:
09638 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 09638 Code
- Inspect all the connections tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
