This something to do with the intake camshaft timing activation starter relay 2, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles relays for small amount of heat (j359), short-circuit after pluses you can see the evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open will delay your vw fault. |
09624 Possible Causes:
09624 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09624 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module defective
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
