Staring in engine malfunction indication light (k83), open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground you can see the exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly is the final reason of the code. |
09621 Possible Causes:
09621 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09621 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
