Diameter in engine mass-airflow sensor 4 (g457), signal to low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system throttle position output, circuit high or throttle actuator control system, ice blockage will delay your vw fault. |

09616 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
