When you open intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit intermittent retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start ignition coil 'a' primary control, circuit low and wait then engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
09597 Possible Causes:
09597 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09597 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
