The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed please check dtc memory of airbag ecu and wait then vacuum reservoir pressure sensor, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
09591 Possible Causes:
09591 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09591 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure sensor for brake boost (g294), implausible signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
