Diagnosing engine bar with fuel pump "b" control, circuit high to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so ignition coil cylinder 13, low circuit or change fuel level sensor 2, circuit low voltage is the final reason of the code. |

09591 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
