The problem is about outside temperature sensor 2 (g249), open to b+ mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit or o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

09531 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09531 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'g' secondary circuit, malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
