09520 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit or transmission coolant circuit relay, short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
09520 Possible Causes:
09520 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09520 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
