Staring in engine signal buzzer activation, short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
09518 Possible Causes:
09518 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 09518 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner bank 1 control, basic setting aborted mechanical limit closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
