09509 Description And Summary : |

When you open exhaust bank 1/2 lambda probes before kat exchanges retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit low or exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 1, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
09509 Possible Causes:
09509 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09509 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
