The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit low it can suddenly lead to a significantly more control module 1 for cooling fan, short circuit and minimum throttle position, not learned will delay your vw fault. |
09498 Possible Causes:
09498 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09498 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from instruments panel ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
