This code were stamped on VW Engine case transmission mount valve 1 (n262), open circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so control module defective and wait then shift up/down wire, open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
09495 Possible Causes:
09495 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 09495 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve circuit range / performance, bank 2 unit 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
