The problem is about vehicle speed signal, circuit open run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed please check dtc memory of steering electronics (j527) and wait then data bus powertrain, implausible message of the clutch electrics is the final reason of the code. |
09487 Possible Causes:
09487 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09487 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake flap motor 2 (v275), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
