When you open power supply (b+) terminal 15, low voltage causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 3 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, implausibly rich or fuel rail sensor (g401), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
09446 Possible Causes:
09446 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

- Inspect all the connections power supply (b+) terminal 15, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
