This something to do with the intake camshaft timing starter relay 1, electrical malfunction in circuit (relay stuck / does not switch) mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor 'b' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off or change linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, open circuit will delay your vw fault.
