09423 Description And Summary : |

When you open please check dtc memory of transmission ecu it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature bank 2, too high you can see the data-bus powertrain, missing message from engine controller (ecu) is the final reason of the code. |
09423 Possible Causes:
09423 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09423 Code
- Inspect all the connections o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
