This code were stamped on VW Engine case ignition coil 'a' primary control, short to plus It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd', circuit range / performance or change camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09404 Possible Causes:
09404 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 09404 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module for coolant fan 3 fan activation, short circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
