Diagnosing engine bar with data bus powertrain, missing message from immobilizer retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start angle sensors 2 for butterfly valve drive 2 (g298), signal too small also potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low is the final reason of the code. |
09402 Possible Causes:
09402 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 09402 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
