This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 7 (n303), circuit low input or function restriction due to brake temperature is the final reason of the code.
