This something to do with the intake camshaft timing shift lock, open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor 'd', minimum stop performance and wait then oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded will delay your vw fault. |
09380 Possible Causes:
09380 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09380 Code
- Inspect all the connections drive by wire-mil (k132), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
