Staring in engine o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 3, biased / stuck lean the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector cylinder 16 (n393), circuit low and wait then hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high is the final reason of the code. |
09338 Possible Causes:
09338 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 09338 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
