09312 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit low and camshaft adjustment oil temperature sensor (g277), implausible signal is the final reason of the code. |
09312 Possible Causes:
09312 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 09312 Code
- Inspect all the connections controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), interruption / short-circuit after mass
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
