This something to do with the intake camshaft timing o2 sensor reference voltage bank 2 sensor 1, performance the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high also glow plug/heater relay 2 circuit, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
09308 Possible Causes:
09308 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 09308 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
