093 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault exhaust gas recirculation flow 2, insufficient detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), regulation range exceeded or change oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
093 Possible Causes:
093 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 093 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
