This something to do with the intake camshaft timing intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system injector cylinder 13 (n390), open circuit or exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor correction behind catalyst, rich control limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |
09262 Possible Causes:
09262 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 09262 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 1, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
