The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high you can see the throttle actuator control motor, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |

09258 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 09258 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
