When you open bank 2, exhaust cam wave position sensor (g301) / crankshaft position sensor (g28), wrong allocation it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 and turbocharger control module 1, missing message will delay your vw fault. |
09248 Possible Causes:
09248 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 09248 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
