The problem is about fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction or change barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
09228 Possible Causes:
09228 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 09228 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circut high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
