Staring in engine cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a/c control module requested, mil illumination also secondary air injection system bank 2, high air flow is the final reason of the code. |
09220 Possible Causes:
09220 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 09220 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 3 main catalyst, effectiveness too low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
