This something to do with the intake camshaft timing cylinder 9 above knock threshold retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 2 you can see the valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault.
